Omnichannel Experience

This series of LABs exposes individuals to an array of overlapping concepts needed to understand the dynamic field of Direct Sales and OmniChannel Retailing.

Retailing in the 21st Century

In this session we will examine today’s brick and mortar retailers and how they leverage today’s technology. We will learn strategies marketers use to stay viable and attract shoppers to their storefronts. We will research how are they adapting and evolving? What are the offerings, unique experiences, products and other offers.

Intro Direct Sales

In this session will review current direct selling strategies. This includes sales made through the party plan, one-on-one demonstrations, and other personal contact arrangements as well as internet sales. Participates will conduct direct personal presentation, demonstration, and sale of products and services to consumers, usually in their homes or at their jobs..

Omnichannel Ecosystem

In this session we will examine the multi-channel approach vs omni-channel approach. We will explore how to create a sales experience that seeks to provide customers with a seamless shopping experience. Demos will be conducted in various settings; shopping online from a desktop or mobile device , or in a brick-and-mortar store.

Sales Funnel Development

In this session we will develop your sales funnel – also known as your revenue funnel or sales process – leads prospective customers through their buying journey. We will help you design and execute your sales funnel through the four stages: awareness, interest, decision, and action. This will helps you to convert your business leads into paying customers.
